Common Allergy Triggers
Common allergy triggers in the environment are: dust, animal dander, insect bites, certain metals, chemicals, cosmetics, mold, pollen and changes in the weather/temperature.
Common food allergens are: milk, wheat, peanuts, eggs, shellfish, corn, soy, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and even certain preparations of food.
Some people, are found to eat wheat with no problems, but a certain bread that is made up of only wheat caused them swelling of lips or eyes or fingers. Sometimes, even over eating of a certain food may cause an allergic reaction.
